policies
participants manage their own schedule, cancellations and purchases using login on provided online platform.
all scheduling must be done online and at least 30 mintues before a class and 8 hours before an appointment.
scheduling can be done up to 3 months in advance, all purchases expire 3 months from purchase date.
cancellations
cancellation-early
cancellation occurring more than 8 hours prior to appointment and 2 hours prior to class are considered early and participant will retain credit for the class
cancellation-late
cancellations occurring less than 8 hours prior to an appointment and 2 hours prior to class are considered late. the class participant will lose credit for the class. late cancel for an appointment can incurs a $45 charge and participant will keep appointment credit.
